wells stated that Mr. Mike Hattaway had applied i add

Mr. wells stated that the denial of the permit had t stand. He
stated that all the other options w explored witR the City
Attorney, but n applied to give relief to Mr. H way. The
only option for M Hattaway w s to petition the City C mmission t
change the code. n April 19 City Commission v ted to have the LPA
review the ordinanOCe and then go back to the City Commission with
