Mr. Nagle stared bateAOrt the direction of the Clry Commission Minues. Ir needs to be
ncorpmmed in the Ordinance conceming the use of Neon Signs ra allow them in the Ciry, but
they cannot be placed ar location rhar are within 1W foot r¢dlus of residential zoned property.
Mr. Nagle said the Ciry Arromey is reviewing haw "illegal signs" are treated under th's
ordinance.
Mr. Emory would Ilke to know the Intent of the word "naidenmi" as wed in the 3rd
p¢ragraph of section 621.1 in the sign code. He said signage~ is oar incidents! to anyone's
