Mr. Haynie asked if the re sed tlrai nage calculations had been turned in Mr. Wolters stated his staff isvdel fiver ing a copy to the City. Mr. Wolters also stated the tlrai nage and grading tletails have been taken c of and the reference points a shown on page 3 of the plans. Mr. Wolters sta tetl, refer- ring Mr. Nagl e's rMay 11, 1986 letter, item 9., that they would prefer to retain the 30'wide driveway as shown unless code required otherwise. Mr. Wolters stated they ditl not believe i[ was beneficial t relocate the dumpster as per Item 16, but stated they would comply with Item 1I. Mr. Nagle asked the LPA if they had required tha tut he ld riveway be be less than 30' wide as proposed and if they requ esti nq installation of a facade on the building and relocation of the dwmps ter as he had suygested. The LPA agreed not to request these hens. 4. Conditional Use - Amoco Oil Company. Request to locate a gasoline filling station/convenience store. Location: 5 side of SR 434 ac ss from Harbour I s1e Way. Applicant: Itarcos Marchena - Amoco. Owner: Construction Enterprises Zoni nq C-3. Mr. Thompsen questioned traffic co trot and whether an east bound decal lane would be installed Mr. Saxon stated he did not believe a decal w required by p0T and Mr. Thompsen stated he believed a decal w required at thesinter s ec tion when the Taco Bell site plan was approved. Mr. March eno stated he was sure they could co e up with some agreement that will be accoimngda ti ng to both the City and Amoco, m Motion by Mr. Thompsen, s conded by Mr. Savage, to re mmend approval of the Conditional Use requested eby Amoco to the City Conmi ssion subject to the fol lowing conditions: that a travel study be performed at the intersection, including n the study all parcels of land that will utilize this intersection For the purpose of tletermin ing whether an east bpu nd Dec el land should be required and also to show what level of se ce the intersection will operate at, also that the architectural design of the building be done in such a way that it is - patible with the ne er buildings along SR 434, also any additional outsta ndi nq staff comments be taken care of. Motion carried by a una nl moos roll call vote. 5. Variance -Amoco Oil Lompa ny. Request fora 20 foot r setback in lieu of the required 25 foot setback, also request for I9% impervious surface area fn lieu of the required JS% impervious surface ar Location: S side of SR 434 ss from Harbour Isle Way. ApPl ice nt: Marcos Marchena -Amoco. Owner: Construction Enterprises, Inc. Zoning L-3. Mr. Marchena explained that by providing ac ss to the other parcels v'a the 50' frontage road, the Amoco Oil could not develop their site with the required ]5% impervious surface area and could not provide the required 25' r setback but wa requesting a ce for I9% impervious surface area and a setback of LO'S Mr. Marchenaaal so stated the proposed plan showed a 50' wideadriveway entrance in lieu of the maximum driveway width of 35' but stated they would address that is eat site plan re Mr, Marchena also stated they would provide a block wall with landscaping on the south property tine as a buffer to the retirement Facility. Notion by Mr, flayni e, seconded by Mr. Pope, [ lend approval to the Board of Adjustment of the variance request by Pmoco for ac20' rear setback. Motion carried by a unanimous roll call vote. Motion by Mr. Thompsen, s conded by Mr. Savage, to re omnend approval to the Ooa rd of Adjustment of the va requested by Amoco for J9% impervious surface area.
