1. The meeting was called to order by Mr. Linton at ]:OD P.M

3. Variance - Request to allow a re setback of 5' in lieu of the required

1~1r. Nagle stated this request wa submitted last year but was withdrawn before
the Board of Adj vs tment acted onsthe request. Mr. Nagle further stated he did
copy of the deed for the parcel and that it was acquired separately
a ndethe parcel w not created front another, however, the deed does not
ra tely describe the parcel a submitted for the va 11r. Burgess
stated he represented Ramar and advised [he LPA that he~acqui red o e parcel
from the railroad and vhen Longwood Avenue w abandoned, another 12.5 feet
s added to the parcel acquired from the railroad. He stated the vacating
of Longwood Avenue occurred back in 1912. Mr. Burgess sta tetl when he acquired
the parcel, the zoning regulations ai that time w much less restrictive
than today and the setbacks no would allow him a bull di ng 12 1/2 feet deep
unless a variance was allowed.w
Motion by Mr. Emory, s onded by Mr. Thompsen, to r mend to the Board of
Adjustment that a ce be granted to allow a m front boil diny set-
back of 15 feet invl reunof the required 25 foot setback. Motion carried by
a unanimous roll call vote.

ment that a ce be granted to construct a building on property less than
100 feet in depth nos required by I-2 zo nl ng. Motion carried by a unanimous
roll call vote.

foot rear bu ild in9 setback. Motion died far Lhe lack of a second.
The LPA, by co agreed it was not ne sary to act on [he variance as
requested due toethesrecammendat ions put forth by Che CPA.

not included an the Agenda as planned and asked if the LPA would consider the
