Nagle stated this request wa submitted last year but was withdrawn before the Board of Adj vs tment acted onsthe request. Mr. Nagle further stated he did copy of the deed for the parcel and that it was acquired separately a ndethe parcel w not created front another, however, the deed does not ra tely describe the parcel a submitted for the va 11r. Burgess stated he represented Ramar and advised [he LPA that he~acqui red o e parcel from the railroad and vhen Longwood Avenue w abandoned, another 12.5 feet s added to the parcel acquired from the railroad. He stated the vacating of Longwood Avenue occurred back in 1912.
