Bul l ington, seconded by Mr. Thompsen to recommend to the City Commission approval of the conditional a request that will allow the Family Life Christian Assembly church to occupy sthe 1200 square feet of space at Suite 101, Longwood Commercial Center subject to the conditional use beiny 9ra ntetl for a period ofi one year from the date of approval and also subject to all safety requirements of the Southern Standard 8uildi ny Code and City codes for this type of occupancy being met to include pa rki n9 availability, and if any t safety requt rcments a iolated, the contli ti onal a may be r inded and a ondi tional u application may be required.
