2. Approval of Minutes of June 10, 198]: Motion by Mr. Loeh rane, seconded by
Flr. Thompsen to approve the June 10, 198] minutes as submitted. Motion carried
by a unanimous roll call vote.

Mr. Nagle stated he had n additional c ants other than that lotto d e0 i the
site plan packet. Mr. Linton asked Mr.o5ma11 if he had read the June 19, n1981
letter from Mr. IJag1 e. Mr. Small replied he had not. Mr. Nagle gave Mr. Small
copy of the letter which he read. for. Linton questioned item 3 and asked if

IVa91e the letters. rMr. Nagle stated he did not believe he had r ved the
approval letters. Plr. IJagle said he would check the File and advi seil4r. Small.

suggested that M1ir. Nagle document the phone conversation on the official copy gf
the site Plan. Mr. Linton requested clarification on m 16, 5-13-8I memo to
URB, and Mr. Sma11 stated all pines would M1ave to be re Quad. Mr. Linton asked
the LPA to apply the Arbor ordinance, if ne sary, based on the landscape require-
ments of 24 trees and the applicant prov idi ngsa total o{ 33 trees.
