Ms. Smith stated that the St. John's River Water Management District permit had been re ved. She further stated that a few agreements from the or of the Shoppes would be required. Flr. Cushman of ORMP stated he believed these items should be nsitleredmas part of the Shoppes of Island Leke development. He asked i4 the LPA was considering tying these additional requirements tw Friendly or Shoppes of Island Lake. He stated he did not believe they should be tied to the Friendly plan and that Friendly had no control o r changing the entrances. Mr. Cushman explained how the en and exists to the Friendly site were not directly on the SR 434, but ontonthe ma'n driveway into the Shoppes.
