Mrs. Perry stated she did not know what was going to happen on Rang el ine Road and questioned what the City's long range plans for Rangeline Road would be and who would she expect her neighbors to be. Mr. Saunders stated he was the owner/applicant and he hatl pu rchas etl the property n 1983 as it no xi sts. He stated the driveway as paved is adequate and they have had no problems or accidents. Motion by Mr, Hammond, s conded by Mr. Thompsen, to re mmend approval to Che Board of Atlj us tment of the va requested to use the 18' wide driveway. Motion carried by a unanrmous moll ecall vote. Motion by Mr. Thompsen, s conded by Mr. Hammond, to re mend to the Board of Adjustment that the va requested to not construct the required parking for the 19, 2p0 sq. ft. atltli tionebe granted, with the sti PUla t'ion that the building be reduced in order to assure that the impervious surface ratio does not exceed ]SY, also subject to the additional 12 parking spaces being provided for the inq building as proposed on preliminary plan.
