(Gene Barry) Location: NE corner of Nwy. 1]-92 and SR 434. Zoning C-3. Mr. Nagle presented his co cents to 14r. Garry. Mr. Linton ques[ionetl the variance request. Mr. Nagle statedmthe widening of the driveway and location of the 434 entrance would require a e but the application had not yet been tubmi t[ed. He further stated the st teapl ancwould not proceed to Li ty Comni ssi on until the e had been to the Boa rtl of Adjustment. Mr. Barry stated they w or ki ng witha00T raga rdi ng the drive ways. PJr. Nagle also stated that Exxon had agreed to extend a wator line and the extension was being coordinated with the City Engineer. Li ark stated the meeting wa sch etlul ed for fJOVember 9, 1981, that application and materials needed to be subm ittetl immediately in order to proceed with the required advertising prior to the Public Hearing at the Board of Rdj a rtment. Mr. Barry said he would try to get what was needed within 24 hours. Tickel stated many of the trees ar saplings mi ng from major trees, however, he had counted even the saplings as trees being re ov ed. He stated the saplings would not be counted as trees as per the fi ty's Ambor Ord ina nc.e. Mr. Ca rino stated they w e keeping most o{ the major trees on the site. Mr. Nagle stated that specific land use policies in the current Comprehensive Plan di scourage industrial u along CR42] and that is the re on the Land Use was changed to General Commercial. Mr. Linton stated it was possible that this parcel cou td be an extension of the Historical district. Mr. Pil oian stated historical buffering industrial. Mr. Linton stated ve have to nsi der what is east side, however we should try to preserve for the future. Mr. Pilo fan ota ted that with the prover roofing, the only thing you would be able td e of the project, would be the roof and a x toot fence. MrHanmond questioned the s e of the warehouse spaces. Mr. Pilo fan stated the setback question needed to be resolved and that was why he had not subnii tted the historic elevations.
