Applicant: Tommy Johnson. Locution: Lots 1, 19 and 20, Block E, Plan of Vl it dmere. Zoning 2-2. Mr, Johnson was asked if he had read Mr. Na91 e's coaonen ts. Mr. JoF nson repl ie0 he had read the June 12, 1902 comments. Hr. Na91e stated items 4,5,1,12 and 13 of June 12, 198] letter are still outstandi nq but Mr. Johnson is e of the menu. I,Ir. Nagle stated he believed the 18" driveway had been Oa K.'d by the Fire Marshall. Mr. Haynie suggested that a additional exit door be placed n the infant area. Mr. Linton stated he had a copy of the recent Supreme Court deci lion and would have copies made and distributed to the LPA members. Mr. Linton asked that the LPA Rules and Procedures be final izetl (signed) showing accevnanee gate one a f; nal date. Nr. Cochrane asked to be ex used from the meeting as he M1ad another appointment. Mr. Li n[on stated Chat 11r. Lochs ne had advised Fim that he may be r signing from the LPA shortly and would give a tlef ini to date as soon as he was able. Mr. Lochs ne left the meeti nq at ]:35 P11. Mr. Naynie stated will be unable to attend the June 24 LPA meeting and nny possibly miss tFe meeting of July 8.
