The meeting was called to order by Mr. Linton at J:02 PM 2. Approval of Minutes: Motion by Idr. flayni e, seconded by ftr. Pope, that the Minutes of February 10, 1988 be approved as written. Request to allow a fence within the {ro nt setback of the boil ding. Zoning I-1. Mr. Thompsen asked haw far the fence extended into the ri yht of way. Mr. Nagle stated that according to the survey a portion of the fence, a triangular piece, extends into the right of way. Nagle stated from the information he could 9a that, it did not appear that the old ri 9ht of way had every been abantlonetl, It was su99 ested that Mr. Lohen and M1lr. Ila91e get together to see how the rlg ht, of way issue could be resolved. Motion by Mr. Haynie, s cond ed by M1ir. Lhurch Ave. Request to relocate an xisting dvpl ex with Cota1 livi n9 ar a of 1,444 sq. ft, without alteration or addition to the duplex to meet theel , 600 sq. ft. li vi n9 area requirement. 2oni ng R-2. L1 erk would write a letter to Mr. Hammond thanking hiin for his service on the LPA. Mr. Nagle stated there would be a Special Meeting of [he City Commission on Feb- uary 29, 1998 and one of the items for discussion would be Dropos ed Ordinance Ido. 839, the new landscape ordinance.
