the next three years. Mr. Linton stated he agreed with Mr. Nagt e's sug9es tion

he believed the lots on CR 42% adj e cent to the Entzmi nger s Subdivision should
be considered for R/P also when tihe Comprehensive Plan is mend etl. Mr. Haynie

Mr. Lf nton opened the Public Nearing and stated that the aPpl ica Lion and Mr.
Nagi e's letter should be co rec Led to state that the location of the property
west of 1]-92. Other co rections noted w re Mr. Na g1e's letter on H & nl
Holding, date should be 1988 and the first paragraph should indicate one hou se
on the property. Mr. GteVM1 en Cold stated he was present to represent H.O.S.,
Mr. Zi rkel 's firm, and the property under request was ac ss the street from
the co e store located on Orange Avenue. Mr. Haynie and Mr. Bul l in9ton

Flr. bul lington stated it was difficult Far him Co pick up his packet during
City Na 11 work in9 hours and asked if the packets coultl be left out sitle City
Hall somewhere. 11r. Linton sugges tetl that perhaps packets could be left at
Police Oepa rtinent for those members unable to get to City Hall during working
hours. It wa sugges tetl that the member who i unable to get to City Hall
during work hours call Sandy, the Planning Dept. Secretary, and ask that their
packet be left at the Police Department.
The Lend Pl onn ing Agency asked that all elements of Che Compreh ensf ve Plan
be distributed to them as they are presented to the Lommi ttee by the consultants
