2. Status Report - Comprehensive Plan Update - Ivey, Bennett, Harris and Walls
Mr. Nagle introduced Mr. Oi ck We11s and Mr. davi er Omana from the fi nn of Ivey,
Bennett, Harris and Walls. Mr. Onm na presented background data on the City of
Longwood such as population, employment, existing land us reation and open
space, c rvati on and public se Mr. Onm na stated theckey is es perceived
er City image, a downtown/Hi sto ri cl Ois tri ct, s capacity, infrastructure needs,
traffic, ca ci al intrusion, parkland and openws pace, wetland protection, r -
development,~mdevelopment of vacant parcels and vl ual blight. Mr. Omana further 1

CR 42J corridor, SR 434 rnrridor, US 1J-92 corridor, redevelopment, new development, ~
