1. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Lvn ton at ]:80 P. M.
2. Approval of Minutes: Motion by Mr. Wickham, s onded by N and to
approve the N notes of October 22, 1986 as submitted. Motion carried by a
unanimous roll call vote.
3. Site Plan - Commei ci al Air Conditioning, Sn c. Applicant: Hal Parker.
Location: 1101 N. Hwy. 92]. Zoning I-l.
Mc. Yacker red that the ware[ retention had been changed and he had
red site plans dated ember ], 1966 showing retention pond. He
~` red that M Nagle had r wed the plans of November ], 1986. Mr. Nagle
stated that his c ents w erbased the plans of October 26, 1986. He
stated he had r wed the plans of November ], 1986 and there w minor
problems. Mr. Nagle r ended that the site plan be approved sabj ect to
any outstanding entsmand s ted that the a ney w orkinq the
bold harmless agreement. Mr. Parker asked if thererwo ul dabewany del aynif he
vnstali ed underground sprinklers and Nr. Nagle replied no.

site plan for Commercial Air Conditioningamminc. subject to any outstanding
en is by DRB, D City engineer, City Planner and staff to be c ect ed
before going to City PCOmmission. Motron carried by a unanvmo us roll call
vote.
4. Site Plan - Commerce National Bank. Applicant: Commerce National Bank.
Location: 1480 BR 434, Longwood. Zoning C-2.
Mr. Nagle stated that the plans snowed that the site would be regraded. Mr.

regraded.a Mr. Wickham stated that reg radinq would bury the [tees and that

Mx. Nagle stated work is still progressing o ev isions to the comprehensive
plan but that three basic land use concepts would be pzesented soon.
