Approval of Minutes: Motion by Mr. Wickham, s onded by N and to approve the N notes of October 22, 1986 as submitted. Motion carried by a unanimous roll call vote. 3. Site Plan - Commei ci al Air Conditioning, Sn c. Applicant: Hal Parker. Location: 1101 N. Hwy. 92]. Zoning I-l. Mc. Yacker red that the ware[ retention had been changed and he had red site plans dated ember ], 1966 showing retention pond. He ~` red that M Nagle had r wed the plans of November ], 1986. Mr. Nagle stated that his c ents w erbased the plans of October 26, 1986. He stated he had r wed the plans of November ], 1986 and there w minor problems. Mr. Nagle r ended that the site plan be approved sabj ect to any outstanding entsmand s ted that the a ney w orkinq the bold harmless agreement. Mr. Nagle stated that the plans snowed that the site would be regraded.
