Linton stated the Deputy Clerk had not completed the Minutes of the March 25, 198] Regular lleetf ng and asked that approval be deferred. Motion by Mr. Loch rane, s conded by Pir. He stated the plans were distributed to the Deparmlen [s for cq ment however, due to his mr mistake, he did not get a chance to r ew the construction plan and so e of the comnten is relate back to the need to do so work on the ns truction plans.
