1. The meeting was called to order by Mr. Linton at ]:00 PlI.
2. Approval of Minutes: Itr. Linton stated the Deputy Clerk had not completed
the Minutes of the March 25, 198] Regular lleetf ng and asked that approval be
deferred. Motion by Mr. Loch rane, s conded by Pir. Hammond to approve the Minutes
of the March 24, 198] Vlork Session. aMOti on carried by a una nirnous roll call vote.
3. Longwood Green Village, Replat of Part of Lots 0, 9, 13, lake Street (vacated)
and Duck Lake, Koontz Villa Park. Applicant: Brian Pinkney. Location: W side
of CR 42J and N side of Bl ackwater Place. Zoning R-3.
Fir. Na91e sta tetl the construction plans were done as a part of the Longwood Green
Subdivision. He stated the plans were distributed to the Deparmlen [s for cq ment
however, due to his mr mistake, he did not get a chance to r ew the construction
plan and so e of the comnten is relate back to the need to do so work on the
ns truction plans. Mr. Magle stated so e of the co le nts could be taken to e of
by re ewf n9 his co rents and comparing to the pl ans~ Mr. Nagle stated Mr. Pinkney
had requested that the LPA consider this plat as a final plat primarily because
the improven,enis have already been put in place, i water, etc. and
e the four lots now being requested for platting. MrWeNagle stated item 4.

Mr. Porter stated he represented Plr. Pinkney and stated Mr. Pinkney was very mucF
interested in having this plat re ewed and approved as a final. He sia ted the
improvements we n place and thetonly additional plan turned in s the grading
Plan. He sta [edethe grading plan shows the first floor elevation built up s
the front drains to Longwood Green and the re r of half of the roof drat nage would
go toward Duck Lake. fle further stated that Mr. Tibl ter has generally approved
the dra ina9e element of the plan. Fir. Porter asked if he could address i1r. Nagl e's

Item ]. Fir. Porter asked that the lots be platted into the lake as the area not
platted into the lots would be in ns land. Mr. Nagle su99es ted it be dedicated
to the homeowners as Mr. Porte ra asked if the decision could be left up to
the developer. Mr. Nagle co rred. Surveyor stated this information is

plan with m m building setbacks be shown on the c ns truction plans. Ihr. Nagle
stated the lots vwould be required to meet R-3 regulations for setbacks.

Mr. Porter stated he did not believe a maintenance bond would be needed. Mr.
Na91^ stated he would check with the City Attorney. Mr. Nagle asked Plr. Porter
fora copy of their St. Johns River Water Ma naganent permft for the original
subdivision. Mr. Porter stated he would submit to Flr. Nayl e.

formal it will not be listed as an LPA meeting.
