APProval of Minutes of pecem ber 4, 1985 Nork Session: Motion by Mr. Wickham conded by Mr. Haynie to approve the Minutes of the Oecenber 4, 1985 Work Session. Motion carried by a unanl moos roll call vote. Mr. Linton stated the Minutes of the Decemner 11, 1985 meeting wa not completed and stated the approval would be deferred until the next reg Marty scheduled meeting. 3. Mr. Nagle asked that his comments dated December 16, 1985 be made a part of the cord. Mr. Nagle stated that the plat did not reference whether Tracts A thru H maintained by the Haneowners Association or dedicated to the public. Mr. Nagle questioned the existing house shown and asked if it would rem or be demolished. Nr. Mr. Martin of BJM asked to speak to the convents of staff. Mr. Martin stated they will a re that all required jurisdictional penni is ar valid. Ne stated that the xi sti ng uhou se on the Property will be demolished. Ne stated that there will be no ungff from any of the houses into the lake. He stated there is wale around the property to carry water away fran the lake, (lots 5] through 60 ),aand that this vas been approved by DER. Hr. Martin stated the plans will be co reeled to show the proper Note for the proper typical lot 9radi ng plan. Mr. Hannigan suggested that so ne from DRM&P be present at City Cpnimi ssion when the plan is ewed in orderefor any unforeseen is e3 to be addressed. Nr. Hannigan furthers sta led that the plat will indicate that Lne Homeowners Association will be responsible for maintenance of Tracts A through I1.
