Ilr. Ha91e stated the se er treatment plant nos going to be co roc led as a follow-up
impra vement to the acceptance of the Florida Central ComnercenPa rk. hlr, Ilagle
stated that his comment letter dated June 6, 19II6 i compilation of ail the
staff con lent letters. Nr. Loch rang asked t1r. Ta ti ch is he had any objections to
the re omnen da ti ons bet n9 imposed by staff, specifically the statement that the
ration tank was undersized. Nr. Tats ch stated due to the fact that treated
effluent will be sprayed, they were under very careful s ru ti ny by DER, Ne further

Mr. Florio stated a generator is dependent upon how the plant is nned, staffed,
and operated and at the time DRMP made their comments, they we s to
how the Plant would be m ned and operated. 11r. Frozi er expl ai nedmthat the
facility was desi9 ned and nwouid meet OER standards without the ne si ty of a
generator. I~I r. Haynie asked how much capacity the hot di n9 ponds had if Dower
s lost. 11r. Frozi er stated 24 hours worth of flow or 95,000 gallons. Mr.
Fr ozi er stated the plant, and ponds a zed for 95,000 gpd. Mr. Ta Lich stated
that any capacity beyond 95,000 gall nss per day would require pe nni tti ng for Lhe
expansion and n w design. Mr. Haynie questioned housing of the chlorine equipment.
11r. Frozi er stated they were proposing a factory built facility for the chlorine
equipment. tir. Na91e asked if the facility will be adequate to Se ce the pro-
posed franchise ar Hr. Ta ti ch stated they have re awed the existing us

Nr. Nagle stated this request had come before the LPq back in October of 1905 and
fended for approva i. Mr. Nagle stated the re on the request was back

the fact that the State also required that each amendment shovltl be evaluated
against the Comp Plan and also alt the amendments being requested should be
evaluated front a standpoint of how they interact with each other. tir. Nagle stated
he wanted to 9i ve the LPA the opportunity to look at the request to reconfi mi what
was already reconvnended, or if necessary, change their recommendation.

two lots. Ilr. Cri an Pi nkney stated they would prefer not to Dl at due to the extra

and bounds legal descriptions. However, he further stated, if it was a requirxnent
they would comply.
