Mr. Linton and the members of the Land Planning Rgency co {ended the staff on their hard work and dedication in putti nq together the Agenda items for the meetings. Pir. Na91e stated that due to legal adverti si n9 requirements at the LPA level, items 6, 9, l0, and it would be continued until approximately one month from toni9h t. Notion by Mr. 4li ck ham, s conded by Mr. Namniond, to amend the agenda to delete Items fi, 9, 10, and 11 i order for the legal advertising to be prepared for advertisement of a Public Hearing at the Land Pl ann in9 Agency level. Motion by Mr. Wickham, s conded by Mr. Haynie, to re omnend to the Board of Adjust- ment that based on the peculiar nature of the site and based on mendati ons of the fire marshal that a variance be granted to permit the 13' %e60n portion of Lie driveway, width to be no less than 13 feet. Motion carried by a unanimous roll call vote. Mr. Nagle stated the revs sed plans appeared to have addressed most Of the issues. Mr. Linton stated he believed the LPA should re e their re mmenda ti on until after the doa rd of Adjustment rules on the va es being requested. Mr. Wickham stated that if the board of Adj us tnient was torco with the LPA re mnendati ons regarding the va rf ances, the only thing toot wool do need Lo be addressed would be staff cpimnen ts.
