IJic khan, s conded by Mr. Hammond to approve the Ni notes of the October 9, 1995 mee ti nq as written. Notion carried by a unanimous roll call vote. Motion by Mr. IJic kham, seconded by t1r. Hammond t0 approve the Minutes of the Septmber ii, 19b5 meeti nn with the exception of Item 5, until an opinion from the City Attorney has been received. Mr. IJapie stated a condition of the Certificate of Occupancy for Township Plaza Phase I[I, all the violations would be corrected. He further stated that any addition to a ci al o industrial but ldi nq must have Site plan approval cording to the City's zoning ordinance however, Mr. Nagle stated, he believed there should be some kind of a thres hhold so that a very small addition would not have to go through a full blown site plan review. Vlickham, to re mmend approval of the co ntli ti onal requested far an automobile rental agency by Buck An Hour tp the City Commission with clearance of all non-<onfornri ties that exist. Mr. I{aynie suggested that the recommenda Lions be reviewed and con sideretl at a later aaxe. 6. Motion by Mr. Linton, s conded by Mr. Wickham, to adjourn the meeting.
