Mr. Nagle sago es led that the Land Plan niny Agency address the Canpre hensive Plan
fran a different standpoint than had been done at prior meeti nq s. He suyg ested
that each menber critique one of the el even is in the Comprehensive Plan From an
evaluation and appraisal v ewpo in i, i what Lhe Plan co si sts of now, ++hat the
c ha n9ed conditions are, thi n9s that have influenced the Plan, state whether the
Plan is +orkina or not and finally, sugq est what should be done to amend and update
the P1 an~
Mr. Naqie stated he had o anf sad the City Commi ssf on, when the mora tort um was pa s sad,
that he would have the Evaluation and Appraisal of the Plan canpl eted before it
expired, however, he stated it wa not canpieted. Now, wf tM1 the the mora to rf an
boi n9 extended into March of 19II65 Mr. Nagle stated, he would like to be able Yo
tell the City Camnission, at that time, that the Evaluation and Appraisal has been
can pl eted and has been salmi tted to and approved by the State.

He further stated that if the City Canmi szion decides to hire a nsul ti ng firm to
aid in the update of the Plan, [he Evaluation and Appraisal would se
outline for the co nsul ti n9 fim to estimate the cost of the update as well as a
guide in performing the war k.

the Capital Improvements Program, has never been addressed and would need to be
incorporated into the updated Plan.
