7. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Mei neke at ]:30 P,M.
2. ADproval pf Minutes of June 13, 1989 Flee ti n9: hlo ti on by Mr. Haynie, s conded
by Mr. Lindsey to approve the Minutes of the November 28, 1984 Meeting as written.
3. REZONING REpUEST - Re uest to rezone the Il 650'+_of Lots 1 2, 11 and 12

Camnerci al, General. Coca tionra 5 side of Longdale Avenue, East side of Highland.
Requested by: Freeman, Loeffler, I.oeffl er, Walling, Bvsh and Jackson.
Mr. Bryant stated the request was Lo re ne the W side pf the above referenced
land from R-2 to C-3 so that the en tf rezparcel would be L-3. Ne stated that a
proper buf{er tp Residential would be provided. it was stated that the County
had approved a er for re ni ng on this property with Conti ngenci es and
that the City Comni ssi on at the First Aeadi ng of the Pnnexation had placed an
additional contingency regarding buffering.
Motion by Mr. Haynie, s conded by Mr. Hammond, to re onenend approval of the
ni ng of the VI 650± of Lots 1, 2, 11 and 12, En rani nger Farms Addition ql from
Reg to C-3 to the City Commission. Motion carried by a unanimous roll call vote.
4. SITE PLAN - ELELTONE [NC. Location: Lot 29, Florida Central LaMnerce Park.

Mr. Bryant stated a letter for permission to us septic system on the adjoining
property Fran the property ow on file wbi drag uarantees that septic would
be available until sewer servrce rs available.

5. SITE PLAN -ALPHA INDUSTR SAL CENTER - Location: Bennett Drive, Longwood
industrial Center. Developer: Gera d Korman.
Mr. Bryant stated that all letters from staff were attached. He stated that
the full entrance driveway would be installed when the first building was con-
structed.
Motion by Mr. Lindsey, s conded by Mr. Haynie, to re mend approval of the
Alpha Industrial Site Plan to City Comm ssi on with them incl usion of the canpl ere
width of driveway to be installed when the first by it di ng was completed. Motion
carried by a una nrmous roll call vote.

Mr. Naynie stated Fe was not in favor of granting the request as he felt a 50 ft.
wide lot was too narrow for a duplex with Oarki ng for four cars. Mr. Mei neke
said ha agreed.
Motion by Mr. Naynie to re nenend denial for the va requested on Lot il,
61 ock K, lake Wayman Heights, Lake Addition as reques tede Seconded by Mr.
Namnq nd. Motion carried by a unanimous roll call vote.
6. Mgtf on Co adjourn the meeting by Nr. Lindsey, second by Mr. Nanmond. Motion
carried unanimously.
