1. The workshop session of LPA rm called to order at ]:18 P.M. by Vice
Chairman Bab Hammond, in absence of Chairman Haynie.
2. Rego rtli ng application requirements for site of 10,800 sq, ft. or less,
it was suggested that pg. 403.2 be re ewed for change, referred to the LPA
Commf ttee and then to the rotating co er for his approval before it
ss returned to the Building Oepartmentmfor~ossuance of Permit.
3. There was discussion raga rtling Ordinance 495, Pg. 35, Artt cle V that
the map be studied for possibility of changing some specific areas from
R1A to R1. All Zoni n9 classifications.

allow P1A and R1 to be co ru tied 40 feet high. The yeas were made by
Mr. Mei ne ke, Mr. Li ndsey,nantl Mr. Hammond, nay by blr. Linton.

A motion was made by Mr. Lindsey and seconded by Mr. Mei neke. Mo[i on
was carried by a unanimous roll call vote.

40 feet. The motion was unanimouslya accepted.
