i. The Meeting was ca l1 ed to order by Chairman Haynie.
2. Approval of Minutes of February 2], 1985 meeting: Motion by Mr. Mei neke,
conded by Mr. Linton, Yo epProve the hli nu tes of the February 7I, 1985 meeti n9
as written. Motion carried by a una nitrous roll call vote.
Mr. Haynie stated an apPl icant had requested to be put on the Agenda for tonight
and he stated he told them, providing everythi n9 wa order, that the LPA
rould look at the plan. Ne explained that the appl icon{ stated he had a real need
to qet underway. Mr. Haynie asked that the R9enda order be re e to consider

Express Site Plan to the City Comm scion with the stipulation that the r end a ti ons
of Oyer Riddle Mills and Precour t, [nc. in letter dated March 13, 1985, Paragraphs
1 and 2, be adhered to. Motion carried by a unanr moos roll call vote.

Mr. Bryant presented the re ni n9 request and stated Centex had previously come before
the LPA with a PUD request but they had dec id etl not to continue with the PUD c cept
and instead were requesting to re ne to R-1. 11r. Mei ne ke asked if the road would
be private. Mr. Martin sta tetl they would be public roads. Mr. filar tin stated the Lentex
people had met with the Li ty re9ardi nu the PWD concept and the City had co
ardi n9 fire protection, raidth of streets, water tines and private roadsnceMsns
Linton stated one itan had been brouq ht up at the previous LPA meeti n9 regarding
~ the impact on the roads. Ne stated several thi nos should be considered, traffic for

neuprnar about East and I~lest Lakes. Mr. Linton stated tha teuntil m information

he would like to see the development of this prof act but there was a lack of information
regarding what he needed to know.

Mr. ffartin stated the original PUU concept had 1]2 units and the proposed project
has lU0 units. He stated they had met with Seminole County regard inq Longwood Hills
Road,and the widening of the entrance to the project was at their request. Mr.

to utilize, could be used to tower West Lake. Ile stated they will Put the pipes
but the City would have to obtain the permit (as per St. John's request).
Motion by Nr. Linton that the Centex request for re on ing to R-1 be re omnended for
approval to the City Carvni ssion. Seconded by tlr. Hammond. Motion carri etl by a
u nan lmous roll call vote.
Mr. Linton offered a different suggestion regarding the si9ni n9 of the plans. He
sta tetl he would like to recdnmend that all plans be signed as op PO Sed to just one
plan.
Motion by Mr. Linton, seconded by Nr. Nanmond, that all site plans utilized be
si9 ned by all present nianbers of the Land Pl ann inq Agency. Oloti on carried by a
una nsmous roll call vote.
Motion by Mr. Nei neke, seconded by Mr. Nanmond to adjourn the meeting. Motf on
