Should the Land Planning Agency £eel that it requires the advise or assistance of prof es aional zoning personnel with regard to any matter referred to the Land Planning Agency £or consideration, it may request that the City Council engage the required persons to assist and advise the Agency in the perfor- mance of its assigned duties wi eh regard to the matter referred._ SECTION 8: Appointment of Committees to Assist in Research work. Should the Land Planning Agency feel that any matter before it requires investigation by the La Id Planning Agency itself, the Chairman of the Land Planning Agency may appoint a commvtt ee to conduct the vnves tigat ion and make a report to the Land Planning Agency. ECTION 9: Payment of Expenses; Monthly Aeport of Expenditures. (a) All expenditures of the Land Planning Agency under -a- 29 30 31 32 33 34 l5 the authority of the City Council sha11 be made by voucher submitted by the Chairman of the Land Planning Agency to the City Council and upon approval of the voucher by the City Counci (b) A report of monthly expenditures sha11 be submitted by the Land Planning Agency to the City Council at the first regular Council meeting following the month for which the report is submitted or at such time as the Council shall othe rvise set. ECTION 10: Submission of Proposals for 2oninq Change It Studies by the Land Planning Agency to the City Council. The Land Planning Agency may on its own motion submit to the City Council those proposals for zoning changes or toning studies as the Land Planning Agency in the exercise of its general or assigned duties deems to be necessary £or the accom- plishment of the purposes for which the Agency was established. ECT ION 11: Quorum; Report to Council. (a) A quorum sball consist of three (3) members of the Land Planning Agency present at any regular or special meeting. (b) A favorable report to the Council on any matter considered by the Land Planning Agency sha11 require a majority vote of the members of the Land Planning Agency present and voting at the session wherein a matter is voted upon. ECTLON 12Vacancy.
