rl~€iTsworth Gall imore present to represent Gailimore Homes, Inc.
Mr. Bryant stated that when Mr. Gall imore presented his site plan Far Meadow Ridge
he stated he would sell o side or both sides, depending on what the buyer desired
but now he realized he couldn't do that unless he split the ground. In order to
se the lot sr es that he has, he would have to cwn under a PUD because he
wouldn't meet requirements of any other zoning category so ow he is presenti n9 a
plat showing lots split so that the buildings can be sold individually, fee simple.
Ordinance requires 20% of useable open space be provided in a PUO type of develop-
ment, but Mr. Gallimore's development is being geared more toward the adult type
unity and more than likely playground ar would not be ne sary, but open
Space would be provided. Mr. Bryant stated that Mr. Gal limore was present to
answer any questions.
Mr. Lindsey questioned how Tract A would be maintained. Mr. Gal limore stated that
he would try to have a Nome Owner's Association formed to care for green belt ar
He stated that Tract A would be kept in its natural terrain. He stated that theeas
development is xactly as presented and approved by cortmissi on except for the fact
that he is splitting the lots so the units can be sold individually and that he
would prefer to sell to people who would live in the units rather than to investors
s who would rent the other half of the unit. Pir. Li ntlsey asked again
how therm intenance of Tract A would be handled. Mr. Smeri is on said i ould
depend ono the dedication on the Piat as to who would be responsible for the main-
tenance. Mr. Gall imore said he would dedicate it to the Lf ty if the Li ty so
desired. Mr. C,allimore stated that he was ready to commence 6uil di ng as the
streets and utilities were already in and that he had already complied with ail
other requests of the City.
