1. Approval of Minutes of October 28, 1981 Meeting. Motion by Mr. Mei neke,
cond by Mr. Smerilson to approve the minutes of October 28, 1961 as written.

2. Site Plan -Preliminary Plat - West Lake Manor - Location: Oue North of
Tf beron, on Road. 30 Acres - Zoned
R-3 - Oevel operas Florida Residential Communi ti esms Mr. Howard Lefkowi tz
present to represent FRC.
3. Mr. Bryant presented the Preliminary Plat. Ne stated it wa well presented,
property zoned and had no flood problems. Mr. Bryant stated that there we
certain items on Mr. Land'S letter that needed to be addressed. Idr. Lefk owitz
asked if he could address the five items men tianetl in Mr. Land's letter of
November 3, 1981. Concerning Item 1 of Mr. Lantl's letter, Mr. Lefkowi tE wa
handed a letter from Mr. Land, dated November 24, 1961, which stated that as
decal lane for right turns was required, but the left turn (by pass) lane was
not ne sary as he had a traffic impact analysis by Tipton Associates, Inc.
which showed a low vehicular count from the West on E. E. Williamson tarot nq
left into the entrance of (Jest Lake Manor. Item 2, Mr. Lefkowi tz stated that
all cal-de-sacs had a m of 40 foot radius. Item 3, Mr. Lefkowi tz stated
that tho fi]w,' elevation would be worked up in final engineering. Item 4, he
stated the 6" to II" water line would also be attended to in final en9i need ng.
Ne stated that the final engineering calculations hatl not been finished.
Item 5, he stated that landscapi n9 or wall fs required by the PUU Ordinance
and will be taken <a e of. Mr. Lefk owi tz replied to Mrs. Ki rcher's question
that FRC would be furnishing se r utilities. Mr. Mei neke asked if FRC would
be installing a gray water system. Mr. Lefkowi tz stated that he would possibly
se the gray water system in Ti beron Hills, but that State laws had to be amended
to allow the use of gray water. Mrs. Kircher questioned street lights. Mr.
Lefkowi tz stated that would be coordinated with Florida Power and then submi ttetl
to the Li ty for apP royal. Mrs. Kircher questioned if the watt would only he
on Longwood~~Markham Road. Mr. Lefkowi tz stated a PUB required wall on perimeter
of development. Mr. Mei neke questioned the c n driveways. Mr. Lefkowi tE

4. Motion by Mr. Mei neke to re nentl approval to Conmi ssi qn of the Preliminary
Plat for West lake Manor, subject to all r onvnen tla ti ons in Mr. Land's letter
of November 3 and 24, 1981 bet nq met. Second by Mr. Smeril son. Motion carried
by a unanimous roll call vote.
