Bryant stated the land was properly zoned, as a PUO had been previously applied for and approved; not flood Drone, floor elevations well above su oundi n9 terrain. Mr. Lefkowi tz stated he would like to go over the sl items referenced in Mr. Land's letter. Ne stated that Items 6, 5, 4 and 3 had been co rected as indicated on sed plan. Lefkowi tz stated that he spoke to Mr. Land, and Mr. La ntl wa agreement that as a PGD, driveways 20' in length would be accepted and that there is no basis for requiring a 25 foot setback fran edge of pavement. Mr. Lefkowi tz stated that Mr. Land had intended t0 send the letter but evidently it had not been re ved in time for the eeti ng. Kircher said that she would like tq state, for the record, that not havi nP Al Land's letter of recmmendation regardi no Item 1 disturbed her and also the fact that she did not re ve the plans until today. Mr. Haynie questioned a landscaping document Dertai ni n9 tocbuffers. Mr. Lefkowi tz stated that the Zoni n9 Ordinance requires landscape buffe ri n9, not a specific landscape deli qn. Mr. Haynie suggested that a stipulation be part of the re mendati qn re9artli ng specific landscape layout, either in wri ti nq or detail, referring com particularly to the buffer areas. I1r. Lefkowi tz stated he would be hapPY to submit a landscape typical. It was suggested that it be submitted tq Mr. Bryant for re w. Mrs. Kircher Suggested re ommendi ng subject to Mr. Land's letter. Mr. Bryant presented the plat stateng it w s properly z ned, not flood prone, finished floor elevation above su oundi ng terrain. Stated that the plan was not complete as the floor plans and elevation sheet was mi ssi n9. Mr. Ili lli ams stated, i order to satisfy the re Inendati on in Item 3, he would donate what would amount to 4300 De unit or $2,400 to gp into aunt so that when other projects al on9 the street, p arily the ci al apOrti on west of the Ili ldmere project, are built, they will also pay tof nrd tha oa n of the road.
