1. Approval of Minutes of February 10, 1982 Meeting: Motion by Mr, lAe ineke,
cond by Mr. Smeril son to approve minutes of February 10, 1962 Meeting. Motion
carried by a unanimous roll call vote.
2. FINAL PLAT - CONDO PROd ECT FOR DI LK Wi LLIAMS WI COHERE PAT10 HOMES -Location:
200' ast of 42I between vers treet Avenue and W{T enure Avenue - Zoning R-3. Mr.
Oi ck Williams, Oevel oper, and Mr, Don Pfl uege r, Engineer, present to represent
Wi ldme re Patio Nonres. Mr. Bryant presented the Final Plat. Ne stated that Mr.
Land's su99es ti ons had been incorporated in the re sed drawings dated February 15,
1982, with the on xcep ti on of the pout n9 of Overstreet. He stated that a letter
from the En9i nee re Mr. Pfl ueger, w attached to the plan sta tinq that the two
suggestions had been incorporated into the plan. Ne stated that the sl e of the
water line had been in ased, another fire hydrant had been added, and the radius
entries w cede He explained that the n w fire hydrant will c e from
an 8" line, aMr~nHaynie said that he wa rnedewi th the elevations and asked

whether a blockage would beat rea ted if Overstreet was paved only in front of the
above referenced project. Mr. Haynie said he felt quite a wale would have to be
reated to control the water. Mr. Bryant stated the road would have to be graded

been made on the plan to show the proposed drainage runoff frrvn this
site to be to the front of the lot to the existing drainage swales.
Building Permit may be issued as of March 1I, 1982.
Swal es on the perimeter of above referenced property must be sodded
before Certificate of Occupancy will be issued.
