H. Haynie Robert Hammond Emery Mei ne ke Harvey Smerilson David D. chaeey, L; tv amn; n; stratpr Geri Zambri, Secretary Absent: Rose ki rcher 1. The meeting was called to order by Mr. Haynie. Approval of October 14, 1981 Regular Meeti nq: Motion by Mr. Mei neke, second by Mr. Smeri 7son to approve the October 14, 1981 mf notes a submitted. Motion ca ri ed by unanimous roll call vote. Approval of October 20, 1981 Special Neeti n9Y Motion by Mr. Mei neke, second by P1r. Smerilson to approve the October 20, 1981 mtnntes as submitted. Motion carried by a una nt moos roll cart vote. 2. PREL [MI NARY SITE PLAN - COR JESU SUB D[VIS [ON - Location: Longwood Ni l is Road, Zoning R-lA. Devel open Mr. Thibodeau and Engineer Don Pfl ue9er present to represent Cor Jesu. Mr. Chacey presented the site 01an and stated that re sed plan had been brought in this ev ni ng and presented to the Land Planning Agency Ne stated that the four comnen is 'n Mr. Land's letter had been corrected on the rev sed plan and that another letter ,` fran Mr. La ntl would be forthcoming. Mr. Thibodeaut re sed the ptary so he would not have to fill below the 64.8 point, by shortening u0 thel lots; but they still meet the R-IA lot requirements of 12,000 Sq, ft; corrected the col de sac to be 108' and the pavement radius to 36'; co rected the street section to be a m of fi0'; and extended the 12" water main to the East property line of his development and installed a 12" gate valve at the end. Plan shows two fire hydrants. (ire Department comae nts present. Before Meetl ng adjourned, Mr. Chacey asked the LPA to look at Section 504.2, Historic District, Use Regulations, of the Camprehensi ve Zoning Ordinance Na. 495, City of Longwood. He stated that the Historic Comm ssi on was unahppy with Item 504.2.5.) and asked that certain wording be deleted. They would like it to read "Antique and gift shops compatible with the character of [he Historic Oi strict." They would like the wording "- and C-1 Zoning Uistri ct." omitted. The re on for this de Ceti on s because c-1 Zoning permi is Convenience Fond and Bevera9eas tores, wM1i ch the Historic Commission would prefer not be included in the Historic District zoni n9.
