The Land Pi annin9 Agency held its regular meeting in the Longwood Li ty
Ldnnissi on Chambers on March 24, 1981 at ]:30 P. M.

1. Approval of mf notes of March 10 1982 Regular Meeting: Motion by Mr.
6me rilson, second by Mr. Hammond to approve the m notes of March 10, 1982
Meeting as written. Motion carried by a unanimous roll call vote.
2. REQUEST FOR REZONING - The West 180 Feet +- of Loi 6, Triangl edale
Located on East Street between Wi idmere and SR 434, Requested by Walter
and Susan Judge. Mr. Walter Judge present.
Mr. Bryant said a r letter explanation was presented to the Land
Planning Agency but perhaps Mr. Judge could show on the map the status
of the land adjacent to his re ni n9 request on Parcel 6. Mr. Judge
explained that in December of 1981 he appeared before the LPA reques tinq
mmendati on that the re r of Parcel 6 be allowed [o be re oned to
Comne~ci al from an R-3 ca te9ory. He explained that at the time he an exed
Parcel 6 into the City, M1e felt R-3 would be the best use of the landn but
since that time Parcel 5 has been re oned in the County to a Connerci al
status and Commercials ms to be the trend so he is requesti n9 that the
r of Parcel 6 be re oned to Comnerci al also. He stated M1e is also
planning to annex all of Parcel 5 into the City.
3. Motion by Mr. Smeri ison, second by Mr. Nartmond to re mend approval
to Lmmi ss ion for the Request for Rezoning by Walter andcSusan Judge on
the re r portion (west 180+- feet of Lot 6, Triangl edal e) of Lot 6 with
the stipulation that the appli ca tf on be signed by both Walter and Susan
Judge before this request is submitted to Cortmissi on. (Application shows
only Mr. Judge's signature).
4. Motion to adjourn meeting by Mr. Me ineke, second by Mr. Sme ri is on.
Motion carried unanimously.
