The City of Longwood Land Planning Agency held its regular meeting
at 7:30 p. m. Present: Wallace Henderson, Joe Fisher, Jeff 8rin kman,
Robert Hammond and N.N. Haynie.
the chairman called the meeting to order. Approval of minutes of
work se n of January 21 and regular meeting pf January 25: Additions
and c0 recti ons: Mr. McGee wishes to specf fy that the site plan of
Longwood Mobile Nome Park, Inc. complies with the Mobile Home Park
Ordinance, the PHD Ordinance and the Subdivision Ordinance. The minutes
were approved with this addition.

Mr. Pete Sherman wasepresent and stated that his tenants a e compatible
with the space and facilities provided in hiz warehouses. r
2. Mptfon by Mr. Henderson to re ommend approval of the site plan
of Southern Metal Building CO. subject to re nsi dera ti on of the
detail of the parking by Mr. Chacey and change the retention area
I~ to the lower section of the property and additional restraints
n whatever fa shfon ne sa ry. The city police and fire departments
should supervise the tenants activities so that they will not become
a hi ndera nce to fire and police equipment. Motion died for lack of
a second.
3. Motion by Mr. Fisher, s cond by Mr. Brinkman to accept the site
plan of Southern Metal Building Lompany with the entire parking ar
paved, no mulch parking; twelve parking spaces be provided and turna
ound space; also take ca a of the retention area change and have the project
approved by the city engineer. Roll call vote: Bri hkman, Fisher,
Hammond, Haynie: Yes. Henderson: No. Motion carried 4-7.
4. Longwood Mobile Home Park, Inc., preliminary site plan re
Mr. OeWitt McGee was present representing Longwood Mobile NomerPar k,
Inc. Mr. McGee presented a letter from G.E.R. regarding sewage
treatment facilities, a letter from William Bush, Seminole Lounty,
regarding a declaration lane onto SR 427 and a pe nnit for sa and
map showing the muck boundaries. Ali stipulations requested by
Lhe Land Planning Agency have been satisfied. Mr. McGee was requested
to bring a letter to city council regarding retention of storm water.

5. Motion by Mr. Henderson, second by Mr. Fisher to approve the
preliminary site plan of Longwood Mobile Home Park, [nc. subject to
the city engineer's approval of adequate retention ar and co rect

6. Motion by Mr. Fisher, second by Mr. Brinkman that in mends tions
from the Land Planning Agency it be noted that the Land Planning
Agency is co toed about the Southern Metal Building LomDany site
plan becausenit may not be possible for emergency vehicles to pass
because of obstruction in that area. Roll call vote: Unanimous,
motion carried.
