The Longwood Land Planning Agency M1eld its re9ul ar meeting at
]:30 p. m. Present: Wallace Henderson, Jae Fisher, Robert Hammond,
Jeff Brinkman, N.N. Haynie and Oa vid Chacey, City Planner.
1. The chairman called the meeting to order. Approval of minutes
of the September 13, 19]8 regular ses sf on: The minutes were approved
as written.
2. B.B. Simpson, agent representi nq Jerome Bornstein, for Orelimi nary
plat of Longdale Industrial Park: Mr. Simpson was present al on9 with
Mr. Bornstein and Rick Ca ssel berry of Glace & Radcliffe Engineers.
3. This property i approximately 25 a TM1e plat must follow
Ordinance 23]. Mrs Land, City Fngi neerfehas made no nments to
the Land Planning Agency co ni ng tM1is proposed project. Mr. Jackson
and Mr. Chapman have submi ttedrwri tten comments about the project.

4. Motion by Mr. Fis M1er that the preliminary plat approval far
Longdale Industrial Park be tabled until the LPA has re ved written
mments from Mr. Lantl, City Engineer, about the proposetl project
antl especially on the following points:
r -storm water retention antl possible fl oodi nq problems
' -adequacy of se and water pipes, PVC quality
-type of pavi ngWeasphalt type and width
-number of fire hydrants and flow of water
-ingress and egress should be shown on the plat
-utilization of street right-of-way and drainage swat es
on front of interior lots
-the comments from Mr, Jackson as listed on the attached me

5. Mr. Haynie feels that the LPA should either approve or disapprove
the plat at this time and then send it back to the city en9i nee r.
