The Longwood Land Planning Agency held its regular meeting at J:30 p.m. Present
Robert Hammond, H.H. Nayni e, Frederi ckRi tter and Ray Le ibensperger. Also
present was I1r. Lee, Li ty Planner.
The chairman called the meeting to order. Approval of minutes of September
14 regular meeting: Atldi ti ons and co rect ions: Correct spelling of Nayni e.
The mt nu tes were approved as corrected.
Mr. Lee di s<us sed with the members the Land Use Map Element of the
Comprehensive Land Use Plan. Mr. Lee re amends that the L.P.A. divide
the map into three sections and take a close look at each area and come
up with a map to submit back to coon<il.
Mr. B.U. Simpson spoke to the L.P.A. regardf ng the legal implications of
the Comprehensive Land Use Plan.
Mr. Robert 0ave5 spoke to the L.P.A. regarding the Land Use Map Element
of the Comprehensive Land Use Plan.
Each member of the L. P.A, should have an uD-dated zoni nq map and a cu rent
map showing alt vacant, undeveloped properties. Mr. Lee will suppiY these

Motion by Mr. Lei bens perger, second by Mr. Haynie to adjourn the meeting.
Vote unanimous, motion carri etl. The meeting was adjourned at 9:0U p. m.
