Nayni e, Ray Lei bens perger, Frederick Ritter and Andy Semi nazzi Absent: Rgbxrt Hammond. Also present was Mr. Lee, Li ty Planner, The vice chairman called the meeting to order. 1. Approval of minutes of duly 13 regular meeting: the minutes were approved as written. 2. Consider therequest of Florida Residential Communities For condi tienal approval of fit nal plat of 4li ndtree West 5/0: Mr. B.D. Simpson sta tetl that Lhe re ni ng request of Florida Residential Communities was granted by city council at the duly I1 regular meeting. There has been a change in the law rega rdi nq re ni n9 and FRL will go back to co cil on August 15 and the rezoning ordinance will 6e read and then atlopted on August 22. 3. tor. Simpson stated that Mr. Land has not given final approval at this time but he is to the process of doing so. 4. Mr. Singleton of Boyer, Si nql eton and Associates was present to discuss final plat with the L.P.A. Mr. Le ibensperger questipned the re reation area and how residents will have ac s [o it. Mr. Singleton sta te0 c [hat an ment has been provided forcth'is purpose. Mr. Bi nes, President of FRC stated that the dedication to the city of the ea ment is permanent but the ment is temporary in that the city council must realign the easement if itsis necessary to d0 So at a later date. 5. Motion by Mr. Semi na zzi, second by Mr. Lei bens perger to request that city council take so action on the proposed zoni n9 ordinance and zoning map submitted to ihemeby the L: P.A, in September, 1D76, koll call vote: Una ns mo s, notion carried. Motion by Mr. Lei bensperger, s cond by Mr. Seminazzi to urge city cil to please respond in writing to all m and re mendati ons passed on to them by the L.P.A. Roll call votes Mr. Lei bens perger, Mr. NaYni e, Mr.Seminazzi: Yes. Mr. Ritter: No. Motion carried 3-1. 10. Motion by Mr. Lei ben sperger, secgnd 6y Mr. Seminazzi that because, to the best of the knowledge to other members of the L.P.A., Mr. Nanmond not apprised of the fact that he was supposed to have submi tted'a budget to city co cii, the L.P.A. makes the following budget re mm ndati ons: The salaries of the members of the L.P.A. for coming year be setcat 550 per month; salary for the clerk be set at 5700 per month; a 4-drawer, 1e9a1 ze filing cabinet and map rack; all other expenses will remain constant.
