The Longwood Land Planning Agency held fts regular meeting at ]:30 p. m.
Present: Percy Vih ite, Andy Semi nazzi, H.N. Nayni e. Frederick Ritter and
Robert Nanmond. Also present was Mr. Lee, Li ty Planner.
1. The chairman called the meeting to ortler. The clerk read the minutes of
the January 12, regular meeti nq. Additions and c ection s: Para qra ph 3:
Atld that Mr. Sparks indicated that ff it is feasible, he will c uct a wall
n the south side of the property to act as a buffer. The mi nutestwere approved
as amended.
2. Request of Grier Penland Jr. For change of zoning of Oroperty located at
45I and 459 S. Grant St. (Lots 3 6 4, Vietheri ngton Heights) from B-i to Commercial.
3. Mr. Penland was present and statetl that he rents the houses located on
these two tots. Ne has no additional plans for the property at this time.
This property adjoins Rod Cable's on the south side.
4. Roved by i:r. Hammond, s conded by Mr. Semi naz zi to qra nt the request of
Mr. Penland and re mend to city co ncil that zoning of 45J E 459 S. Grant St.
(Lots 3 C 4, blethe rington Heights) be changed from 8-1 to Lomnerci al.
