1. At regular se the Longwood Land Planning Agency un ously agreed
to accept the proposal sofnTOm Freeman speaking for Charles R. Bentley to construct
an addition to his office building at 1309 S. Lake St., Longwood.

b, this complex will not create additional traffic problems as driveways
are ~n place and in use.
c. This complex will not create requirements for new streets.
d. Provisions have been made for adequate external and internal lighting,
air c~rcvl ati on and normal ingress and egress facilities.
e It is proposed to blend in this building with the present building
whi cfi has been up updated with a ew facade. In order to maintain
