Dec. 2, 1971 at 8:00 P. N. Present: nDick Crenshaw,oH. H. Ferrell, ftr.

N Ferrell told him that he would set up a joint meeting with both the
Zoning Hoard and the Council and it could be taken from there.

2. TLat a copy o: the Zoning minutes be sertrto Council members a Beek before
meeting, seconded by Dick Crsnshacr, motion carried.
3. That a copy of the Council wee tiugs be sent to Zoning veabers-. tcvo days
after Council meeting, seconded by Dick Crenshaw, motion carried.

2. That tho Chairman of the Zoning Board be furnished with a stamp (approved
by Zoning Board) to be used on plats and these plats to be kept on record
onded by Tracy Estes, motion carried.
3. That copies of the plans left by fir. Zimmerman be made for both Zoning
and Cbunc iS members, seconded by Trauy Estes, motion carried. ----
