WHEREAS, public hearing on the question of zoning of
the property he reinaEtex described was duly held by the City
Council of the City of Longwood, Florida, and at such hearing in-
to rested parties and citizens £or and against the proposed zoning
were heard; and
Wt1ERAS, after said public heariny, the City Council of
the City of Longwood, Florida, has determined that the said pro-
