WHEREAS, Ike City Commission of the City of I.ong—d, Florida (the "City
Comnviasioli') en -d Ordil-- No. 01-1574 on June 18. 2001, u amended and
supplemented by Ordinance No, 04-1701, enacted by the City Conmtiuion on July 19, 2004
(eollutively, the "Ordinance") to provide for the imposition ofspeeial assesanteats I. fund
(1) the construclion of L—I Improvements to benefit —I propcny Io,—d i, proposed
special acsecsment otoas end (2) the cost of maintaining sveh Local Improvements; end
IVH E REAS, on August 15, 2005, the City Commission adopted Resolution No. 05-

Capital and Maintenance Assessment A— and describing the method of assessing the
Capital Cost and the Maintenance Cost of the Longwood Groves Local Impmvememe (as

Groves Local Improvements.

found to be specially benefited by the Maintenance of the L-g— d Groves Local
tmpro ements m the amount of the mdximum annual Maintenance Assessment set forth is
the Maintenance Assessment Ro11 T'ho mothod,logy for computing annual Maintenance
Assessment, de,cribed in the Initial Asees ,- Resolution is hereby approved. Annual
Maintenance Assessments computed in the manner des- bed in the Initial Assessment
Resolution are herebylevied and -posed on all Tax Pacccls described in the Maintenance

substantially the fomt attached as Appendix D hereto. The preliminary Capital Assessment

available for pubfcirtspection.
SECTION 10. CONFLICTS. All resolutions or parts thereof in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of-1.conflict.
