Whereas, LYNX, the Central Florida Regional Transportation Authority, is the transit agency for Seminole, 0—it, and Osceola Counties and has been desig-M fe Commuwty Tmnsp irstion Coordinator since 1992 by the State Commission for the Transportation Disadv-,Id; Whereas.
