AUTHORITY. This Resolution is adopted pursuant to the Ordinance, Chapter 166, Florida Statute., end other applicable provisions of law. SECTION 2. DEFINITIONS. SECTION CONFIRMATION OF INITIAL ASSESSMENT RESOLUTION. The lnitlal Assessment Resoluton is hereby confirmed. SECTION 5.
