A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
LONGWOOD, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY COMMISSION
RULES AND PROCEDURES, SECTION 2.7, CHANGE IN
SCHEDULE; SECTION 3.3, EMERGENCY MEETINGS; SECTION
5.3, ORDER OF BUSINESS; SECTION 5.5, PUBLIC
PARTICIPATION PERIOD, SUBSECTION A; SECTION 6.4,
PUBLIC HEARINGS, SUBSECTIONS F AND G; SECTION 6.5,
QUASI-JUDICIAL HEARINGS, SUBSECTION B; SECTION 7.1,
RECORDING RESPONSIBILITIES; SECTION 7.3, PUBLIC
ACC SS MEETING RECORDS; SECTION 9.2, ORDINANCES
AND RESOLE LIONS, AND SECTION 10, RULES OF ORDER;
PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Longwood has reviewed the City
Commission Rules and Procedures and has determined that amendments to these Roles and
Procedures are desirable;
NOW. THEREFORE, BE 11 RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of
Longwood, Florida, as follows:

The City Clerk shall make available to members of the public the records and
