ADOPTING AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT WITH SEMINOLE
COUNTY BY PROVIDING FOR TRANSFER OF ADMENISTRATIVE
REPONSIBILITES RELATIVE TO COLLECTION AND
ENFORCEMENT OF OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE TAXES',
PROVIDING FOR DISTRIBUTION, AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE_
WFiEREAS. the City of Longwood and Seminole County have mooted

their jurisdiction and do now lery and collect said razes pursuant to Chapter 205, Flonda
Statutes and
WHEREAS. Section 205.045, Florida Statutes authorizes wunties and
ici,blie to Interlocal Agreem is for either party to allow the other to
issue ns cupaoional Iiwnses and collect the taxes thereon; and
WEIEAEAS, the City of Longwood and Seminole County have mutually
determined that the City oCLongwood would issue Seminole Countyrs liwnses and wllect

enhanx .that sofb,tb the City of Longwood and Seminole County

WHEREAS, it is hereby found and determined that this Agreement is m the best

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF LONGWOOD, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS'.

Attachment 1, attached hereto as though flly contained herein.
