WHEREAS. the Flonde Callec[iva Bargaining Law provides for negotiations between the City of Longwood and employees represented by a labor organlza[ion~, and WHEREAS. the City of Longwood and the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 6]3. have held numerous meetings and havejolntly developed an Agreement to assure sound end mutually benefcial working and economic mlationshlps between the parties: and WHEREAS. City employees represented by the International Union of Operating Engineers. Local 673. have ratified the conircu for three (3) years by egteementbuween the panies-hereto attached. NOW. THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED AS POLLOWS: 1. That the attached agreement between the City of Longwood and the lnwsnational Union of Opeating Engineers, Lnea16?3, is heeby incepted end approved effective October 1, 1995. 2.
