abutting upon the street to be improved;
NON, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED a CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OP [UNGMOOU, FLORZOA, AS FOLLOWS.
That the nature of the peoposed improvements to be made
pursuant t the provisions of Chapter 1 Florida Statutes, shall
be the paving of Oleander Street, between Wildmere Avenue and
Overstreet Avenue.
That forty percent of the expense theieoE shall be paid
by special against lands and lots the ity of
Longwood, Florsida sas hereinafter described, and that sixty percent
of the expense thereof shall be paid by the City of Longwood,
Floriaa.
That said special a may be paid in gross, o
ten (10) a ual installments with no it tai Lment payment to be Less
than e-tenth of the individual ent, with the first
nstallment to be d and payable o e syear feom the date of
actment of final r solution followingncompletion of equalisation
and Bearings and with all s Sequent i tallments to be due and
payable on the s e date of each year thereafter, until the entire
balance shall bea paid. The interest rate shall be established at
8 percent per year.
That the special a ent shall be levied against all
lots and lands adjoining and c tiguous or bounding and abutting
upon the said improvement o ospecially benef fitted thereby and
signated by the assessment plat as required by Florida
Statute 3"10.04.
