POLICY CONCERNING SEXUAL H RAEEMENT
It is the policy of the City of Longwood that sexual
harassment of other employees, applicants for employment, antl
members of the public by employees of the City is unacceptable
contluct, which will no[ be tolerated.

Any employee who feels that he or she >s a victim of
sexual harassment, in<Sutling but not limited to any of the conduct
describetl above, by any supervisor, other employee, customer,
client or any other person in connec [ron with the City of Longwood
shoultl bring the matter to the immediate attention of his or hex
Deatl, or as not satisfted after bringing the matter to the
attention of his or her department heatl, shoultl report the matter
to the Personnel/Administrative Officer. Members of the public
should also take complaints to the Personnel/Administrative
Of Eicer. Any questions about this policy of po[eneial sexual
hams ament shoultl also be brought to the attention of the same
persons. mhe City of Longwood will promptly investigate ali
allegations of aexrtal harassment rn as conffaencial a manner as
possible antl take appropriate corre<trve action if warranted.
Any employee who is fou rttl, after an roves tl gation, [o
have engaged in sexual harassment in violation of this policy will
be subject to appropii ate discipline up to antl anclutling
[ermina tion.
This policy shall be limited to workplace antl those
actrons tli re<tly related to employment of persons with the City of
Longwood; it shall not be construed as an attempt by this City
Commission to regulate the contluct of persons working for the City
of Longwood when they re not rrt the workplace or engaged in
