I. CITY/COUNTY/STATE TRAFFIC ENFORCEMENT UNIT REQUEET AND
RESPONSE
A. The parties of this agreement dealing wich routine
law enforcement traffic problems antl pre-arranged
traffic enforcement programs requtring the use of
the City/County/State Traffic Enforcement Uni[
shall notify the Sheriff, Chief or agency heatl, of
his designee from whom sash assistance is required,
ai such time as assistance is requ es tetl.
B. The Sheriff, Chi eE or agency heatl, or his tles ignee,
whose assistance is sought, shall evaloate the
situation, his agency's available resources, antl
shall respond in a manner that he deems
appropriate.
C. Where operational requirements tlevelop tluring a law
enforcement operation that require the crossing of
jurlsdicitonal lfnes, each party agrees to notify
by radio, telephone of in writing, the Sheriff,
