WHEREAS, the City of Longwood, Florida, has adopted a resolution, pursuant to Florida Statute S1'/0.05, declaring special assessments £or paving of Park Avenue from its rote rsection with South Mil... Street ffocmerly South west Lake Street) to its intersection with South Wilma Street, in the City of Longwood, Florida; and WHEREAS, the City of Longwood, Florida has caused to be prepared an assessment roll, setting forth the lots and lands assessed, the amount of benefit to and the assessment against each let or parcel of land, and the number of annual rn stallments in which the assessment is to be divided; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LONGAGGE, FLORIDA, AS POLL- 1. That owners of property assessed, or any other persons therein, may appear before the City Commission of the City Of Longwood, Florida, on Monday, November 10, 1986, at City Hall, 175 West Warren Avenue, Longwood, Florida, at the hour of 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as said matter may be called, for the purpose of being heard, as to the propriety and advisability of paving Of Park Avenue from its intersection with Sonth Bill— Street (formerly South West Lake Street) to its intersection with South Wilma Street, I. the City of Longwood, Florida, to the cost of said improvements, to the manner of payment therefor, and a5 to the amount thereof to be assessed against each property 50 improved. 2.
