THE TIME AND PLACE FOR APPEARANCE OF OWNERS OF PROPERTY OR OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS TO APPEAR BEFORE THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LONGWOOD, FLORIDA ITH RESPECT TO THE IMPROVEMENTS TO BE MADE TO GEORGIA AVENUE, AND REQUIRING, PURSUANTTO PLORI➢A STATUTE '17, D8, SAID CITY COMMISSION TO SIT AS A BOARII OF EQUALIZATION, WITH REGARD TO ASSESSMENTS LEVIED ABUTTING PROPERTY OWNERS FOR PAYMENT FOR MPROVEMENTS, CONFLICTS, S ETERABILITY, EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City of Longwood, Flosida, has adopted a resolution, pursuant to Florida Statute S170.05, dsnlar ing special assessments for paving of Georgia Avenue from its intersection with Credo Street to its intersection with existing pavement at Lot 12, Block H, Lake Wayman Heights Lake f Addition, in the City of Longwood, Florida; and WHEREAS, the City of Longwood, Florida has caused to be prepared an assessment all, setting forth the lots and lands assessed, the amount of benefit to and the assessment against each lot or parcel of land, and the number of annual installments in which the assessment is to be divided; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LONGWOOD, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS; I. That owners of property assessed, Dr any thas persons therein, may appeal before the City Commission of the -, City of Longwood, Florida, on Monday, November 10, 1986, at City Hall, 175 West Warren Avenue, Longwood, Florida, at the hour of 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as said mattes may be called, for the purpose of being heard, as to the propsisty and advisability of paving of Georgia Avenue fs0m its intersection with Credo Street to its intersection with existing pavement at Lot 12, Block H, Lake Wayman Heights Lake Addition, in the City of Longwood, Florida to the cost of said improvements, to the manner of payment therefor, and as to the amount thereof to be assessed against each property 10 improved.
