ASSESSMENTS LEVIED ABUTTING PROPERTY OWNERS
FOR PAYMENT FOR IMPROVEMENTS, CONFLICTS,
SEVERBILITY, EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Longwood, Florida, has adopted
a resolution, pursuant to Florida Statute S170.05, declaring
special assessments for paving of a portion of west Church
Avenue from its intersection with NIS Milwee Street, east
approximately 256 LF, in the City of Longwood, Florida, and
WHEREAS, the City of Longwood, Florida has caused to
be prepared an assessment roll, setting forth the lots and
lands assessed, the amount of benefit to sad the assessment
against each lot or parcel of land, and the number of annual
install meats in which the assessment is to be divided;
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LONGWOOD, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
1. That owners of property assessed, or any other
persons therein, may appear before the City Commission If the
City of Longwood, Florida, on Monday, December 1, 1986, at
City Hall, 175 West Warren Avenge, Longwood, Florida, at the
hour of 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as said matter may be
called, for the purpose of being heard, as to the propriety
and advisability of paving a portion of west Church Avenge
from its intersection with NIS Milwee Street, east
approximately 256 lineal feet, in the City of Longwood,
Florida, to the cost of said improvements, to the manner of
payment therefor, and as to the amount thereof to be assessed
against each property so improved.
2. That, at the time and place It forth vn

Longwood, Florida, shall meet as as equalizing board to hear
and Goasider any and all complaints as to the special
